We aimed to become one of the most progressive companies in the sector in a short time in printed films with the first wide machine park of up to 8 colors, 130 cm, design - printing unit, production automation system, and the latest technology production line. With our existing printing line, many product packaging such as shrink film and multipack, cleaning paper packaging, detergent packaging, frozen product packaging, dry food and pasta packaging, confectionery packaging, chips and snack packaging can be printed.
The shrink film (thickness - size) determined according to the size and weight of the material to be packaged is subjected to heat treatment to be wrapped around the material to be packaged. The shrink film, which receives the heat during this process, gives a transverse and longitudinal shrinkage response. Thanks to this reaction, the material is completely wrapped. After this process, the film, which is exposed to cold air, freezes and stays on the material in a fully wrapped state. And this prevents the material from swinging and overturning. It provides protection from external factors and ease of transportation. Our shrink films, produced with 5-layer coex technology, have a wide range of uses thanks to their high mechanical properties. Shrink films can be produced in different widths and thicknesses in line with the demands of our customers.
Pallet cover is widely used in many packaging and easy packaging areas. The pallet cover (thickness - size), determined according to the size and weight of the material to be packaged, is placed on the material to be packaged like a hat and subjected to heat treatment. During this process, the pallet cover, which absorbs the heat, gives a transverse and longitudinal shrinkage response. Thanks to this reaction, the material is completely wrapped. After this process, the cooled pallet cover freezes and remains on the material in a completely enveloping state. And this prevents the material from swinging and overturning. It provides protection from external factors and ease of transportation. In some applications, the products can be bristled without heat treatment just to protect them from external factors. Pallet covers can be supplied as rolls or cut to certain sizes in line with the demands of our customers.
Bags for industrial purposes are used to store and transport various products without being affected by external factors. Our bags are an economical packaging material thanks to their high mechanical properties. It can be produced in different colors and sizes according to the purpose of use and demand. And it can be produced with various additives such as AF, AS, ESD in line with its usage purposes. In our production lines, it is possible to produce bags from 50 cm to 260 cm in width. It can be cut in different lengths perforated or cast according to the request of our customers.
